DriftNo Premium vs Steam
The free path includes stick drift test, Health Score, Quick Fix, Before / After, the full Advanced bench (deadzones, triggers, Repair check, device tests), and DualSense / DualShock 4 USB transfer. Premium (£14.99 once) adds profiles, health history, unlimited Auto Optimise, custom curves, per-axis sensitivity, and session PDFs in this browser. DriftNo on Steam (£24.99 once, coming) adds in-game apply on Windows and per-game profiles.

Premium does not remove ads from diagnostics, there are none. It unlocks memory and automation.

Which should you buy?
- Stick drift or bad centre on PlayStation USB → stay on Free until the pad measures healthy.
- You tune often and want profiles/history in this browser → Premium.
- Pad is healthy and you want tuning inside games on Windows → Steam when it ships.
- You expected Steam to replace a worn stick → fix hardware on the web first; Steam is for apply-in-game.

FAQ
What is the difference between Premium and DriftNo on Steam?
Premium (£14.99 once) keeps your work in this browser: profiles, health history, unlimited Auto Optimise, custom stick and trigger curves, per-axis sensitivity, and session PDFs. Nothing in Premium writes to Xbox or Nintendo pads for console transfer, and PlayStation USB transfer stays free. DriftNo on Steam (£24.99 once, coming) includes Premium and adds apply-in-game on Windows plus per-game profiles and deeper Xbox tuning. Both are one-off payments, not subscriptions.
Is DriftNo free?
Yes for the full fix path. Health scan, Controller Health Score, Quick Fix, Before / After, and the gamepad tester are free. So is the whole Advanced bench: deadzone sliders, trigger calibration, linearity wizard, device tests, and Repair check. So is PlayStation USB transfer to console. Premium (£14.99 once) adds named profiles, health history, unlimited Auto Optimise, custom curves, per-axis sensitivity, and session PDF export in this browser.
What is in Advanced without paying?
Switch to Advanced in the Lab for stick inner/outer/anti deadzones, curve presets, linearity testing, trigger cal and trigger deadzones, scope plot styles, manual centre/range cards, pad-specific device tests, Repair check after hardware work, and calibration backup tools. You can preview all of that without Premium. Paying only matters if you want profiles, history, Auto Optimise without limits, custom curves, or a PDF report.
What does Premium unlock in Advanced?
Not the diagnostics. Those stay free. Premium unlocks named profiles, health history over time, unlimited Auto Optimise after scans, the stick and trigger curve editors, separate X/Y sensitivity, and a downloadable session PDF. Browser Save during a visit stays free; Premium is for coming back to named setups on this computer.
Will deadzone changes apply inside my games?
Not from the browser. On the web, deadzone adjustments are a live preview so you can see and feel the shape of the correction. Applying tuning in games on Windows is what DriftNo on Steam is for.
Does it work with Xbox controllers in the browser?
Testing, Health Score and deadzone preview work on a desktop browser. The browser cannot save centre and range on Xbox pads the way PlayStation USB transfer to console does. DriftNo on Steam (coming) is being built for in-game tuning on Windows, not USB transfer to Xbox console from the pad.
Does my controller data leave my computer?
Controller input is read and processed locally in your browser for diagnostics. There is no account to create to run a test.
Fix first, pay second
Run the free path first. Premium or Steam only when the workflow outgrows one browser session.
